You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:
-Unused and in like-new condition
-Free of damage, wear, or signs of use
-Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
-Not altered, tampered with, or modified
Because our products are electronic devices used on hair and skin, we cannot accept items that have been powered on, used, or plugged in for hygiene and safety reasons.
Email our support team at shopsevona@gmail.com with:
-Your order number
-The item you’d like to return
-A brief explanation of the issue
We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
-The item arrived damaged,
-The item is defective, or
-You received the wrong item
In those cases, Sevona will cover the cost or provide a prepaid label.
If you’d like to exchange an item for the same model, we’re happy to help. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped out.
After your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
-Used or opened electronic devices
-Items not in original condition
-Gift cards
-Final sale or clearance items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or provide a solution right away.
